Day 1

1. Commitment

“There is nothing that is worth doing in life unless it is done with absolute commitment… there exists a universal law that anything that is done with full commitment carries within it the seed of good fortune. Likewise, anything done without full commitment carries the seed of misfortune.”

Even if we intellectually agree with a painful truth and accept it, there is another trap on the path to full commitment – living out what we know. Because if we do not embody in practice the knowledge we have, that knowledge has no value. Absolutely none.

This principle applies to everything we do in life, and it is especially important in your work with this Program. If you do not practise the assignment of the day, which is essentially a task of self-observation and reflection, but only read the texts, then by the end of the Program you will not have achieved your goal.

I hope you understand how crucial your active participation in this process is. You yourself – that is, your level of awareness – are the decisive factor in what happens in your life.

The article below will give you another piece of knowledge to fuel your motivation to commit fully to what you do in life, so that you can bring about positive change.
