Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/h2>\n

Please read the Terms and Conditions for using the website 29days.espirited.com<\/b>, which govern its scope of activity as well as the rights and obligations of the Program Creator and its Users.<\/p>\n

I. KEY CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SUBJECT OF SALE<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Subject Matter:<\/b> The subject of sale is an educational Program consisting of a series of paywalled (paid access) texts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Objective:<\/b> The purpose of this Program is to train the participant in emotional intelligence skills to achieve higher levels of mental well-being and life success.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Delivery:<\/b> The product is delivered online via electronic means.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Duration:<\/b> The Program always begins on a specific date once a month and lasts exactly 29 days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Schedule and Access:<\/b> This start date coincides with the day of the New Moon<\/b> for the respective month. Even if a User purchases the Program before this date, they will gain access to the paid portion only after the second day of the New Moon (as the first task is available via free access).<\/p>\n

      On the second day after the New Moon, the User will gain access only to the second task.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      On the third day, access is granted only to the third task, and so on, until the 29th day.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Note: Access to the Program opens only one task per day!<\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

      Post-Program Access:<\/b> Once the User has completed all 29 tasks and reading materials, access to the tasks becomes unlimited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Daily Practice Page:<\/b> Upon completion, the User also receives free access to the \u201cMy Practice for the Day\u201d page, where tasks can be read and practiced in a randomized order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Information on Start Dates:<\/b> The User is duly informed of the start date for each upcoming month; this information is displayed on both the homepage and the subscription page.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Mental Health Disclaimer:<\/b> The knowledge provided in the Program can significantly contribute to the User’s mental well-being but cannot replace individual work with a psychotherapist.<\/b> Due to the risk of misinterpretation, work with the Program is not recommended for individuals with mental illnesses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Transaction Limit:<\/b> The maximum transaction amount is 160 EUR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Confirmation:<\/b> Upon purchase, the User will receive an email confirming the transaction and providing information on when their specific cycle begins.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Use of Data:<\/b> This information is used solely for granting access to the paid portion of the Program, specifically for creating your personal user profile and identification for login purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Invoicing:<\/b> Should an invoice be requested, additional data (company name, VAT\/Tax ID, accountable person, and address) will be required. This data is used exclusively for invoice generation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          IV. REFUND POLICY<\/b><\/h3>\n

            Pre-Start Refunds:<\/b> If a User purchases the Program and changes their mind before the second day of the cycle (i.e., before work on the paid portion begins), they may request a refund. Refunds are issued to the same card\/account used for the initial payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Post-Start Policy:<\/b> Once work on the paid portion of the Program has commenced, regardless of which task the User has reached, the User waives the right to a refund of the paid amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Technical Issues:<\/b> In the event that a User has paid for the Program but does not receive access to the paid portion starting on the second day after the New Moon, they must contact the Creator via the details provided on the Contact page to resolve the technical issue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
